What is recorded here

In upland pasture, in the Bricklieve Mountains, on a sheltered terrace at the base of the steep rocky W face of a knoll. Located within a field system (SL040-063001-) this is one of two houses comprising a settlement cluster (SL040-067001-). A road clips the W edge of the settlement. The houses are rectangular with internal divisions and associated fields. Although not indicated on the OS 6-inch map (1837) they are probably 18th /19th century in date.
