In level pasture, adjacent to a steep natural scarp to N. A raised circular area (diam. 28m) defined by a flat-topped earthen bank (Wth 4.5m; int. H 1m; ext. H 1.9m) NE-NW and by a scarp (H 2m) NW-NE. Slight traces of an external fosse (Wth 6m; D c. 0.3m) are evident SSE-SSW and at W. There is a field boundary on top of the bank along the E arc. Hawthorn bushes grow along the perimeter.
