Immediately to S of a house site (SL033-060002-) and within a field system (SL033-070----). A roughly wedge-shaped slightly raised area (19m NE-SW; Wth 7.6m W end; Wth 5m E end) defined by an earth and stone bank (int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.8m) on all sides. An external fosse (D 0.45m) is evident on the W, N and part of the S sides. Because of the underlying natural slope, the interior of this field is slightly lower than the floor level of adjacent house. It is undulating and clear of overgrowth. The fosse enclosing this field kinks around the S side of the house (SL033-060004-) located to the S of this field and links to the fosse enclosing the pentagonal field (SL033-060001-) to the E.
