According to Wood-Martin (1882, vol. 1, 108), 'at Ballyglass, not far from the Moy are the ruins of another ancient church'. The precise location of this church is not known. There are no upstanding remains of a church in this townland. Wood-Martin may have been referring to the church site at Kilcummin (SL031-005001-) which is in the adjoining townland to Ballyglass and is located c. 250m from the River Moy.

The monument record does not grant public access. Check the route and ask the landowner before entering private land.
The map shows the centre of the officially named townland area, not the monument. The government record does not identify the exact monument point.
