An oval area (55m E-W; 23m N-S) defined by a scarp (H c. 1.35m) SW-NNE and by a short stretch of an earthen bank (H c. 0.6m; Wth c. 2m) NNE-NE; otherwise the edge of the enclosure is overlain by a field boundary. To the N of the centre is the ruin of a late medieval church (SL032-195001-), c. 8m SW of which is a bullaun stone (SL032-195004-). According to local information, the enclosure was used as a graveyard (SL032-195002-) though there are no visible remains of any grave-markers. There is a souterrain (SL032-194----) c. 40m to SW in the adjoining field.
