A subrectangular graveyard (c. 60m E-W; c. 30m N-S) with a 20th-century extension on its S side. At its N end is St Cromnathy's C of I cathedral immediately E of which is the ruin of a late medieval cathedral (SL032-188002-). The grave-markers appear to be mostly of 19th-century date and include two chest-tombs, one near the SE corner and another near the centre which stands on a rusticated plinth. Herity, Kelly and Mattenberger (1997, 118) recorded two cross-inscribed stones (SL032-188011-) and a carved stone (H c. 0.3m) (SL032-188009-) within the interior. The carved stone, with a human head in high relief at the centre of one face, was originally part of a larger piece. A possible church (SL032-188001-) lies c. 100m to NW and a holy well (SL032-188006-) is c. 100m to the SE. A field system (SL032-188004-) survives to the N and S of the graveyard.
