In pasture, on an E-facing slope. The enclosure is levelled and not visible at ground level. Indicated as a large oval enclosure (c. 80m NE-SW; c. 60m NW-SE) on the 1838 OS 6-inch map. There is a possible souterrain (SL032-225----) c. 15m to W in the same field. There is a rath (SL032-075----) c. 20m to W and a cashel (SL032-077----) c. 50m to SE in the adjoining fields.
