On a low rise of natural bedrock on a low ridge, immediately N of a stream. An arc (C c. 30m) of earth and stone bank (Wth 6m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1.4m) is evident along the N and E arcs. A quarry (D 2m) has removed the remainder of the rath to within 6m of the surviving bank. A souterrain (SL027-130002-) is indicated on the 1914 OS 6-inch map in the SW quadrant. Another rath (SL027-131----) lies c. 5m to E.
