What is recorded here

In rough grazing, on top of a ridge. A raised circular area (diam. 16m) enclosed by an earthen bank and an external fosse. The bank (Wth 2.6m; int. H 0.7m; ext. H 1m) is highest along the S arc. A possible entrance (Wth 2m) is at E and there are eroded gaps (Wth c. 3.5m) at N and W. A band of rushes (Wth 3m) may mark the line of a silted-up external fosse. A rath (SL027-068----) is c. 50m to NE.
