In low-lying wet ground, surrounded by reeds. A circular area (int. diam. 31m) enclosed by two earthen banks and intervening and external fosses. The inner bank (Wth 2.5m; int. H 0.1m) drops 1.6m to the base of the intervening fosse (Wth 5.5m). The outer bank (Wth 3.5m) drops 1m to the base of the external fosse (Wth 1.5m; D 0.3m). A possible entrance (Wth c. 1.6m) is at SW. A trench (Wth 2m) extends NE-SW across the interior.
