In pasture, located on a SE-facing slope in rough hilly terrain. This souterrain was exposed in 2001 during land reclamation works. Inspected in October of that year, it consisted of a circular drystone chamber (diam. at base c. 2m) of corbelled construction. The upper quarter of the chamber was destroyed but the walls of the lower part of the chamber remained intact to a height of c. 1.2m. A passage (Wth c. 0.95m), with drystone walls constructed of relatively small stones, roofed with large, flat slabs, extended to NNE from the NNE end of the chamber. The passage was partly infilled with soil and could not be investigated.
