In pasture, close to the Sligo-Ballina road. A raised circular area (diam. c. 30m N-S) enclosed by a collapsed stone wall (T 3.2m; int. H 0.4m; ext. H 1.8m). The cashel is covered with overgrowth and is inaccessible.
