Situated on the summit of a drumlin ridge in hummocky terrain with a deep valley to the NW. The site has panoramic views of the Dartry Mountains and the Ox Mountains. Comprises a circular raised area (Diam c. 25m) which is enclosed by a low degraded bank (Wth 3.70m, H 1.20m) with stones protruding from it. The interior rises slightly into a very low mound. There is an external fosse (Wth 2.50m, D 0.30m). Entrance in the S (Wth 2.30m) with the remains of a souterrain (SL020-063002-).
