Located on flat to undulating ground near Ballysadare Bay. Comprises an oval mound (int. dims. 27m by 18m) with steep-sided sides. The N end is more gently sloped with an elongated hollow which may be the remains of a collapsed souterrain (SL020-036002-). There is no indication of an enclosing bank or entrance. In the SW there is the remains of a fosse (Wth 3m).
