In wet pasture, on the E of a stream which flows N along the W side of a flat-bottomed valley. One of several fulachtaí fia and burnt mounds which occur over a distance of 1.5km along the base of the valley. An irregular, surface spread (c. 7m N-S; c. 5m E-W) of burnt stone and charcoal fragments exposed in places beneath the sod. There may be further material on the W side of the stream/drain. There is a possible burnt mound (SL019-240----) c. 25m to N, and a burnt mound (SL019-244----) is c. 40m to S. Compiled by: Jane O'Shaughnessy Date of upload: 12 May 2011
