In wet pasture, located on the floor of a narrow NE-SW valley. One of several fulachtaí fia and burnt mounds which occur over a distance of c. 1.5km along the flat-bottomed valley. A low, D-shaped mound (13m NE-SW; 7.7m NW-SE; H 0.8m) with the straight side at NW formed by a NE-SW field drain. In the drain section the layer of burnt stone and charcoal has a depth of 1.3m. A second burnt mound (SL019-210001-) occurs 10m to NE.
