Situated on a low rise in gently undulating pasture. Raised circular area (diam. 26m) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth. 3.7m - 6.7m; int. H 0.5m - 0.6m). No fosse. Original entrance not recognisable. The N and NE of the site have been built up higher than the remainder to compensate for the naturally-occurring slope of the rise.
