Situated on the E side of a low NW-SE ridge in undulating pasture. Circular, steep-sided, flat-topped mound (diam. at base 18.3m, at top 4.8m; H 3m) of earth and stone. A portion of the top of the mound has been dug away at W. There is also some disturbance to the side of the mound at S. A modern, but disused, trackway curves around the mound at W and N.
