This possible barrow was discovered under c. 2.1m of peat during the construction of a bog road in 1881. It was recorded by Wood-Martin (1887-8) as a circular platform (diam. c. 9m) with a cairn of large, narrow stones centrally positioned. Enclosing the platform was a shallow fosse, a low earthen bank and an outer fosse. There were four piles of stones located at regular intervals upon the bank. The structure appears to have been destroyed during the road construction. Its exact location was not recorded.
