Situated on a low rise in undulating pasture. Not marked on the 1837 OS 6-inch map but shown on the 1913 edition as an oval hachured enclosure (c. 30m NNW-SSE; c. 24m ENE-WSW), with a large break at N-E. This monument has been levelled. A very slightly raised circular area (diam. 13.5m) is evident on top of the natural rise.
