Situated in gently undulating pasture within the demesne of Hazelwood House c.1.6m SSW. Depicted as a small, circular, tree-covered feature on the 1837 edition of the OS 6-inch map. On the 1912 edition five trees are shown forming a rough circle (diam. c.25m). This monument has been levelled with no visible surface trace at ground level. In all probability this was a tree-ring.
