In gently undulating pasture, with a fall of ground towards a river which lies c. 100m to E. This is one of two late 18th/early 19th vernacular houses marked on the 1837 edition of the OS 6-inch map but not on the 1913 edition. Sod-covered wall footings of a rectangular two-roomed building (4m E-W; 8m N-S) are visible. The other house (SL012-120001-) is located c. 40m to E.
