What is recorded here

Situated at the N edge of the top of an E-W ridge. Raised circular area (diam. 20.8m) enclosed by an earthen bank (Wth. 4.2m; int. H 0.9m; ext. H 1.4m) which, from ESE-S-SSW, has been modified and incorporated into the field boundary which marks the border between Donaghintraine and Carrowcor townlands. At N is a narrow, shallow fosse (Wth 1.2m; D 0.3m) with a low counterscarp bank (Wth c. 1.8m; ext. H 0.2m), both of which appear to be relatively modern features. Original entrance not recognisable.
