Situated on a slight S-facing slope, in gently undulating pasture. Approximately one-third of a larger, probably circular, enclosure survives. Slightly raised roughly D-shaped area (dims. 18m WNW-ESE; 8m NNE-WSW) enclosed by an earthen scarp (ext. H 0.8m) located on the S side of a WNW-ESE orientated field boundary bank and drain. A NNE-WSW orientated field boundary bank and drain abuts the remaining portion of the site at E. The original entrance is not recognisable.
