In a stand of trees, bordering an expanse of grass on the SW side of the driveway to Ardtermon House. The bullaun stone is located at the E terminal of a mortared stone wall. The wall, which appears to have originally continued further E, flanks the N side of a disused laneway. On inspection in 2009 it consisted of a roughly lozenge-shaped boulder (L 0.85m; Wth 0.6m; H 0.30m) with a regular, straight-sided circular depression (diam. 0.28m; D 0.18m) cut into the centre of the flat, upper surface of the boulder (SMR file).
