In pasture, adjacent to a field boundary on the middle of the S side of the field. Located on the NW edge of a shallow, natural depression of wet ground. An E–W property boundary immediately to S appears to follow the line of a stream/drain. This fulacht fia is evident as a low, compact roughly circular mound (diam. 8m; H 0.5m), with a gently domed profile. It is composed of a dense concentration of angular sandstone fragments in a dark soil. There is a slight depression on the S side, facing the wet ground, which probably marks the location of the trough.
