Situated on a slight SW-facing slope in a mature deciduous forest. Raised circular area (diam. 19m) enclosed by a broad bank of rubble limestone (Wth 6.45; int. H 0.6m). There is no fosse visible at ground level. From S-W the bank is absent and the edge of the site is defined by a stone scarp (H 1.3m). A break (Wth 2.2m) in the bank with a ramp to the exterior at SE marks the position of the original entrance.
