Situated on a slight rise in gently undulating pasture. Raised roughly circular area (diam. 9.5m) enclosed by a scarp of earth and stone (H 1m). There is no fosse visible at ground level. The original entrance to the site is not recognisable. A NE-SW orientated drystone field wall crosses the site to E of centre intersecting with the scarped edge at SW and at N.
