Situated on a slight NNW-facing slope in gently undulating rocky pasture. Roughly triangular area, with gently bowed sides and rounded apices (L each side 16m), enclosed by an earth and stone bank (Wth 4.7m; int. H 0.4m). The apices of the triangle point NE, SE and W. Field clearance earth and rock has been dumped at the apex at NE creating a low flat-topped mound (dims top 3m by 3m; H 0.4m). A small pile of field clearance rocks has been dumped on the apex at W. Original entrance not recognisable.
