On slight W-facing slope in low-lying wet pasture. Views are moderate to good in all directions. Slightly raised circular area (diam. 18m) enclosed by a bank of earth and stone (Wth 2.9m; int. H 0.3m) with an external fosse (Wth 4.7m; D 0.4m). A break in the bank at NW (Wth 4m) marks the position of the original entrance. There is a modern break (Wth 4m) in the bank at NE. A souterrain (SL005-106002-) is built into the bank at NE. A modern field boundary bank of earth and stone lies along the outer edge of the fosse S-NE.
