Built against the S exterior face of the enclosing wall of an ecclesiastical enclosure (SL001-001001-) known as the Cashel.
A drystone field wall abuts the south face of the Cashel and, at the point of contact, expands to form a large, tabular mass of drystone masonry, largely composed of small stones with some flat slabs. This is roughly quadrilateral on plan, with vertical sides and a flattish, slightly rounded top. It is 3 m long by 1.5 m wide and 1 m high. There are no associated cursing stones or cross slab.
