On the summit of an esker within view of Clonmacnoise, Co. Offaly (OF005-004----) c. 4.5km to the ENE. An almost complete cross-slab (RO056-007003-) and fragments of nine others are displayed in the graveyard, but four recorded slabs are not present. This lost slab is described (Crawford 1913, 160, (b)) as '1 foot 11 inches by 1 foot 8 inches wide (dims c. 0.58m x 0.5m) incised with a circular border of step-pattern containing a ringed cross potent of two lines. Outside the circle are some remains of an inscription.' (Herity et al. 1997, 116, 017, Cloonburren 14)
