Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 40m) on the 1837 ed. of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a gentle S-facing slope. Circular overgrown area (int. diam. c. 41m N-S; 38m E-W) defined by a rebuilt wall (Wth 1.1m; H 0.6-0.9m) on the foundations of an older wall (Wth c. 2m) NW-NE with traces of the wall at E (original Wth 1.7m) and S (Wth c. 1m). It was used as a children's burial ground (RO054-015002-) with grave-markers (Gannon 1972) which are no longer visible.
