On a slight SW-facing slope in a low-lying landscape, c. 1 km E of the River Suck. An oval house site (int. dims 4m N-S; 2.4m E-W) defined by a low stony bank (Wth 1.2m; max. H 0.2m) is against the inner face of the perimeter of cashel (RO053-001001-) at E and may have been circular originally.
