On a gently undulating landscape. A circular spread of grey silty clay with some broken and burnt stones (diam. 3.5m N-S; 3.3m E-W) was recorded (02E1042) in the course of laying a gas pipeline during 2002. (Quinn 2004b; Grogan et al. 2007, 332, No. 1611)
