Marked as a circular embanked enclosure (ext. diam. c. 35-40m) on the 1837 and 1915 eds of the OS 6-inch map, and situated on a rise in an undulating landscape. This is a D-shaped overgrown area (dims c. 20m NE-SW; c. 10m NW-SE) defined by a stone spread (Wth 5m; int. H 0.2m-0.6m; ext. H 1.6m), with occasional facing-stones NE-SE. It is truncated by an E-W field wall at N, and the perimeter cannot be identified SE-W-NW. Cashel (RO052-019----) is c. 60m to the NE. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
