At the crest of an E-facing slope. Circular overgrown area (diam. c. 40m) defined by an overgrown stone spread (Wth 3-4m; int. H 0.25-0.45m; ext. H 0.4-0.6m) with some internal walls visible at SE. There is no identifiable original entrance or facing-stones. The cashel (RO052-008----) is c. 110m to the SW. Archaeological monitoring (03E1077) immediately to the W failed to produce any related material (Moore, C. 2006), and testing (06E0600) immediately to the N had similar results (Carey 2009a).
