An overgrown rectangular enclosure or annexe (dims. c. 30m N-S; c. 20m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3-5m; int. H 0.1-0.5m; ext. H 2m) and outer fosse (Wth of base 1.5m; D 0.3-0.5m) is attached to the outer bank of rath (RO051-031001-) at E, but the annexe is situated on low-lying ground. It has an entrance (Wth 2.4m), probably modern, at S.
