At the W edge of a low-lying basin. The roofless structure (RO048-108002-) that is the bathhouse was built in 1625 by the Earl of Antrim according to an armorial plaque (dims 0.8m x 0.6m) on the outer face of the WNW wall. The inscription in inscribed roman capitals reads: BVILT BY THE RIGHT HONORABLE / SIR RANDOLL MAC DONNELL / FIRST EARLE OF ANTRIM 1625. It is associated with the holy well (RO048-108001-) (Weld 1832, 514-8; Kelly 1917-20)
