At the bottom of a SW-facing slope. Circular overgrown platform (diam. c. 40m) defined by an earth and stone bank (at SSE: Wth 3m; int. H 0.45m; ext. H 1.15m) largely reduced to a scarp, with evidence of outer facing-stones at SE. There are slight traces of a silted fosse ENE-ESE and at S, and the entrance (Wth 1.5m) is at SSW. Archaeological testing (03E1655) just to the N failed to produce any related material (Fitzpatrick 2006a).
