On a rise in an undulating landscape. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 26.1m ENE-WSW; 24.1m NNW-SSE) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5-6m; int. H 0.35-0.5m; ext. H 1.5-1.65m) with traces of inner facing-stones NNE-NE, which is separated by a fosse (Wth of top 6m; ext. D 0.55m) from and an outer bank (Wth 3m; ext. H 0.7m) both of which only survive SSE-WNW. There is an entrance at ENE and the platform is damaged by a quarry at NW. Rath (RO048-193----) is c. 170m to the NW.
