What is recorded here

On a gentle S-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 37m NNW-SSE; 36.3m ENE-WSW) with some bushes defined by an earthen bank best preserved SW-W-NE (at NNW: Wth of base 5.6m; Wth of top 1m; int. H 1m; ext. H 2m) where it is accompanied by an external flat-bottomed fosse (at NNW: Wth of top 7.3m; Wth of base 1.3m; D 1.2m) and faint traces of an outer bank. The defining bank is reduced to a low mound (at SSE: Wth 3m; int. H 0.3m; ext. H 0.4m) with no evidence of a fosse NE-E-SW, and there is no identifiable original entrance. There is a small rectangular house platform (RO047-020002-) (dims c. 3m x 2m) inside the perimeter at SW. There are lazy-beds and clearance cairns in the interior.
