On a gentle SE-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 33.5m ENE-WSW; 30.5m NNW-SSE) defined by a grass-covered earthen bank (Wth 4.5-7m; int. H 0.2-0.8m; ext. H 1-1.4m) with some bushes and an outer fosse (Wth of top 4.5m; Wth of base 1m; D 0.2-0.55m) best preserved SW-NNE. The entrance (Wth 1.8m) and causeway (Wth 4.2m) are at ESE. There is local knowledge of a short souterrain passage (RO047-014002-) in the disturbed SW quadrant of the interior. Rath (RO047-013----) is c. 150m to the W.
