Towards the bottom of an ENE-facing slope. Subcircular grass-covered area (diam. 41.5m WNW-ESE; 35.4m NNE-SSW) defined by a grass-covered earth and stone bank (at WNW: Wth 4.5m; int. H 0.75m, ext. H 0.8m) with evidence of inner and outer facing-stones (at NNE: Wth of wall 1.9m) N-ENE, and traces of a fosse (Wth of top 5m; Wth of base 2m) WSW-W. There is no identifiable original entrance, but souterrain (RO045-10802-) is inside the perimeter at NNW. The monument is bisected by a NE-SW field wall. The field system (RO045-109----) is c. 90m to the SE, and rath (RO045-110----) is c. 130m to the SW. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
