Towards the bottom of a S-facing slope. Circular grass and rush-covered area (diam. 43.5m NE-SW; 43.5m NW-SE) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (at SSW: Wth 4.8m; int. H 0.9m; ext. H 2m) and outer flat-bottomed fosse (at SSW: Wth of top 5m; Wth of base 1.4m; D 0.8m) which may have been re-cut. There is an entrance (Wth 5.8m) and causeway at SE and the monument is overlain by a NE-SW field wall towards the perimeter at NW, being completely overgrown NW of this feature.
