Towards the bottom of the SW-facing slope of Red Hill, c. 200m from the E shore of Lough Funshinagh, a large turlough. Circular grass-covered but poached area (diam. 35.8m NNW-SSE; 33.8m ENE-WSW) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 4-4.5m; int. H 0.3-0.6m; ext. H 0.85-1.95m) with some bushes which is reduced to a scarp S-WNW and NNW-NNE. There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance. Compiled by: Michael Moore Date of upload: 24 August 2010
