At the summit of a SE-NW spur. Subcircular grass-covered area (dims 58.5m N-S; 52m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 5.5-7.6m; int. H 0.3-0.6m; ext. H 0.1-0.4m). There is no visible fosse or identifiable original entrance but there is an old quarry on the perimeter at NW and lazy-beds in the interior. It is truncated slightly at E by a N-S field wall and overlain by an E-W field wall S of the centre. Raths (RO044-039----; RO044-041----; RO044-042----) are c. 190m to the SW, 90m to the NE, and 195m to the E respectively.
