On a gentle SW-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 44.1m E-W; 41.8m N-S) defined by an earthen bank (Wth 3.2-3.9m; int. H 0.1-0.4m; ext. H 0.95-1.2m) with some bushes separated by a rounded fosse (Wth of top 5.2-5.6m; Wth of base 2.3m; D 0.45-1m) from an outer bank (Wth 1.4-2m; ext. H 0.1-0.2m), which is incorporated into a field bank NE-SE and removed by quarrying WSW-NW (max. ext. diam. 56.6m N-S). An original entrance was not recognised.
