On a slight W and N-facing slope. Circular grass-covered area (diam. 58.6m E-W; 54.4m N-S) defined by an overgrown earthen bank (Wth 6.2-6.9m; int. H 0.2-0.7m; ext. H 1.4-1.7m) separated by a rounded fosse (Wth of top 6.4-9.4m; Wth of base 1-2m; D 1.05-1.4m) from an overgrown outer bank (Wth 2.1-5.4m; H 0.95-1.3m) and an external flat-bottomed fosse (Wth of top 3-3.6m; Wth of base 0.8-1.1m; ext. D 0.25-0.45m). A berm (max. Wth 1.5m) separates the inner fosse and outer bank NW-ENE, and the entrance through both banks with causeways (Wth 3.2m) across both fosses is at N (max. ext. diam. 83.6m E-w; 81.1m N-S).
