Marked only on the 1927 ed. of the OS 6-inch map as an oval field, and situated on a low rise. Circular grass-covered area (diam. c. 75m N-S; c. 70m E-W) defined by an earthen bank (at N: Wth 1.55m; int. H 0.6m; ext. H 1.3m) incorporated into an overgrown field bank WSW-N-SSE and which has been straightened at E, with slight traces of a fosse W-N. The perimeter is reduced to a scarp (H 0.25m) SSE-WSW, and there is no identifiable original entrance.
